Israeli forces detained, on Wednesday, several Palestinian civilians from various parts of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian News & Information Agency (WAFA) reported.
Occupation soldiers detained a former prisoner identified as; Aboud Qassem Al-Saadi, from the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern part of the West Bank, after storming and searching his family home.
The army also detained a Palestinian minor identified as; Karim Hilal, 15, from Qalqilia city in the northern West Bank, while he was present in the “Al-Baireen” area, south of the city.
From the Tulkarem governorate, soldiers detained a former prisoner identified as; Hamza Riad Freij, from the in Al-Naalwa neighborhood, north of Tulkarem, after storming and searching his family home.
The invasion resulted in protests from local Palestinian youths, which the occupation army responded to by firing tear gas canisters and rubber coated steel rounds. No injuries were reported.
From the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli troops detained another former prisoner identified as; Yazan Munajid Maslamani, 23, from Tubas, after serving him a summons for interrogation at the Salem military base west of Jenin.
Additionally, the army detained Khalil al-Hanbali, 32, from Nablus city in the northern occupied West Bank.
In occupied Jerusalem, soldiers stormed and searched the home of Rashid Al-Rishq in the Old City before detaining him.
Furthermore, soldiers detained another former prisoner identified as; Rami Al-Fakhouri, also from the Old City.
From the Hebron governorate in the southern part of the West Bank, occupation forces invaded and ransacked the homes of Ezz Awad Mutawa, Hussein Saber Al-Harini, and Youssef Muhammad Sabarneh, before detaining them.
