Israeli Forces Detain 19 Palestinians in the West Bank, 2 Inside Israel


Israeli forces detained, on Monday, nineteen Palestinian civilians from the occupied West Bank, and two from inside of Israel, according to local sources.

At dawn Monday, soldiers invaded the Tulkarem refugee camp in the northern occupied West Bank, stormed the homes of Alaa Amer Kulaibi and Hussein Nabil Sheikh Ali, before detaining them.

Israeli forces detained two Palestinian young men, identified as Abdullah Zuhair Waweel and Muhammad Bilal Freij, while they attempted to pass through military roadblock at the eastern entrance to Qalqilia city, in the northern part of the West Bank.

In the Jenin governorate, in the northern occupied Palestinian territories, Israeli forces detained three young men.

Adib Mustafa Ibrahim Smoudi was detained by occupation forces at a flying checkpoint between Al-Yamoun town and Al-Araqa village, to the west of Jenin city.

In the town of Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin, soldiers invaded and searched the homes of Basil Raed Abu Hassan and Muhammad Mustafa Smoudi, before detaining them and taking them to an unknown location.

Israeli troops detained five Palestinian civilians from the Ramallah and Al-Biereh governorate in the central part of the occupied West Bank.

From Al-Biereh city, occupation forces detained Tariq Al-Shafei, Yahya Al-Shafei, Moamen Al-Shafei, and Iyas Al-Shafei from their homes.

Meanwhile, soldiers detained Alaa Yassin Samaha, 38, from Beitunia town, west of Ramallah city.

Two former prisoners, identified as Muhammad Hussein al-Khatib, 22, and Ammar Abed Rabbo al-Khatib, 22, were detained after Israeli forces invaded and searched their homes in Hizma town, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Soldiers deployed at the “Container” checkpoint, southeast of occupied Jerusalem detained a Palestinian teen identified as Fouad Walid Kayed Al-Salibi, 17, a resident of Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron.

At dawn Monday, occupation forces invaded a number of civilian homes in Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, detaining one Palestinian, identified as Nidal Ahmed Salem Abayat, 47, after storming and searching his home in the Wadi Shaheen area of the city.

Israeli soldiers invaded the home of Muhammad Marwan Al-Siuri, in the Al-Muhawl area, east of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, before detaining him.

Two Palestinian brothers, identified as Islam Al-Bo, 20, and Hamza Iyad Al-Bo, 26, were detained after the army stormed and searched their family home in Halhul town, north of Hebron.

Furthermore, Israeli police detained two Palestinians while they were present inside of Israel, (the Palestinian lands occupied in 1948).

The two young men, both residents of Qabatia town, south of Jenin, were identified as Amjad Ali Abu Al-Rub, and Bassel Ahmed Abu Al-Rub.
