Occupation Forces Detain Dozens of Palestinian Civilians, Including Minors, from the West Bank

Israeli forces detained, late Wednesday night and Thursday, dozens of Palestinian civilians, from the occupied West Bank, including former prisoners and minors, local sources reported.

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers detained 6 young men from the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia. The young men were identified as;

  1. Bassem Sasa’a, 60,
  2. Muhammad Khader, 49,
  3. Muhammad Khadraj, 35,
  4. Erbakan Muhammad Tabsieh, 26,
  5. Baraa Iyad Hammad, 25, and
  6. Anas Malik Daoud, 24.

Meanwhile, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, soldiers detained three young men near Ya’bad town, when they attempted to pass through the Dotan military blockade. They were identified as;

  1. Anwar Hamed Abu Bakr, a former prisoner,
  2. Arafat Fayez Amarneh, and
  3. Arab Khaled Qabha.

In Huwara town, south of Nablus, in the north, soldiers detained a former prisoner identified as Muhammad Lafi.

From the central part of the West Bank, soldiers detained Raed Shawamra from Ramallah city, and Youssef Raed Hamed, 20, from Silwad town, northeast of Ramallah.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli intelligence and police invaded a number of homes in the occupied city of Jerusalem, and detained five young men who were identified as;

  1. Rawhi Kalghasi,
  2. Muhammad al-Daqqaq,
  3. Samer Abu Eisha,
  4. Mahmoud al-Shawish, and,
  5. Muhammad Najib.

On Thursday evening, soldiers detained two young men from the Jerusalem governorate.

Soldiers detained Mahmoud Atoun at a flying checkpoint at the entrance to Sur Baher town, southeast of occupied Jerusalem, and Mahmoud Bakr Abu Al-Hawa from Al-Tur town, just east of the Old City of Jerusalem.

On Thursday, soldiers detained a Palestinian student identified as Raafat Khaled Al-Sabah from Tuqu’ town, southeast of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank.

In the southern occupied West Bank Hebron governorate, Israeli troops detained, on Thursday, 14 Palestinian civilians, including minors. They were identified as;

  1. Abdel Moneim Jaradat, and his son,
  2. Basil Jaradat, 15,
  3. Bashar Idris Jaradat,
  4. Jihad Omar Jaradat, and his son,
  5. Omar Jaradat, 14,
  6. Omar Hamdan Jaradat,
  7. Saad Nimr Al-Farroukh,
  8. Shehadeh Motour, and his son,
  9. Murad Motour,
  10. Bashir Al-Akl,
  11. Anas Ali Al-Jabour,
  12. Bara’ Mazen Ballout,
  13. Asim Ali Ballout, and his brother,
  14. Muhammad Ballout.
